Pudding: Blueberry Pudding

1 pound frozen blueberries
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
1 stick unsalted butter
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 teaspoons lemon zest, grated
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place berries in a bowl. Add 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1 tablespoon flour, toss to coat. Spoon into greased pie pan.
Rub flour and butter together in bowl to form a coarse meal. Mix in remaining brown sugar. Add milk, egg, zest and vanilla. Stir and pour over berries.
Bake for 55 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
Spoon onto plates and top with vanilla ice cream.
