Chocolate: Warm Brownie Cups

2/3 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
Confectioners’ sugar
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place a 13x9-inch baking pan half full of water into the oven. Lightly spray 5 8-ounce custard cups with non-stick vegetable spray.
In a small saucepan, melt chocolate and butter, over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. Let cool.
In a small bowl, combine flour and cocoa powder.
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs and vanilla until foamy and pale. Beat in sugar until fluffy. Stir in chocolate mixture, then the flour mixture until smooth. Pour into prepared custard cups, filling nearly to the rim. Place in baking pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until brownies have risen to just above the rim and the tops are cracked. Remove from the baking pan and cool for 5 minutes. Dust with confectioners’ sugar.
