Crepes: Creamy Cinnamon Banana Filling

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 cup half-and-half or heavy cream
6 bananas, sliced
whipped creamn
Recipe
Melt cup butter in a skillet.
Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Stir in cream and cook until slightly thickened.
Add bananas a third at a time, spooning sauce over them and cooking 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Roll a crepe around a spoonful of bananas and spoon sauce over the top.
Serve with whipped cream.
