    4 fresh peaches, pitted & sliced
    2 tablespoons powdered sugar
    1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
    1/2 cup sour cream
    6 crepes

    Recipe



    Toss together peaches, sugar and lemon juice.
    Spread a little sour cream over crepe.
    Top with peaches.
    Fold into quarters and serve.
