4 cups pitted plums, thinly sliced
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup quick oats
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup melted butter
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix sliced plums and brown sugar in the bottom of an 11x7-inch baking pan.
Combine flour, quick oats, cinnamon and salt in a mixing bowl; add beaten egg and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over sliced fruit. Pour melted butter over crumbs. Bake in oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
