Cobbler: Sugar Shock Peach Cobbler

List of Ingredients
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 lbs. and 13 oz can of peaches
1 pkg pre-made rollout crust
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Mix peaches and other ingredients in bowl. Spray loaf pan with non-stick spray. Lay in first layer of crust. Dip half of peaches into pan. Lay in second layer of crust. Add remaining peaches, leaving some juice into bowl. Add last layer of crust. Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
Place more juice on top of crust and bake 350 degrees 40-45 minutes or until brown. (** The amount of juice you uses depends on how moist you want your cobbler. For drier pie, use less juice on top layer of crust.)
