A dessert popular in the Midwest U.S. in the 1950's made with vanilla wafers and whipped cream.


List of Ingredients




2 eggs
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup whipped cream
3/4 cup walnuts

Beat 2 eggs with the confectioners sugar, butter then mix with whipped cream and walnuts. Place a layer of vanilla wafer cookies in a pan, add the whipped cream mixture, then another layer of wafers. Chill until firm and serve with more whipped cream.
