    Mousse: Chocolate Amaretti Mousse

    List of Ingredients




    6 ounces semi sweet chocolate, chopped or chips
    1 cup cream
    1 pasteurized egg
    2 tablespoons almond liqueur or 1 teaspoon almond extract

    Recipe



    Heat the cream to a simmer in a small pan on the stove.

    Add all the ingredients to a blender and whip until smooth.

    Pour the chocolate mixture into wine glasses or dessert dishes and chill until set, about 2 hours or until ready to serve.
