Mousse: Chocolate Mousse Supberb

List of Ingredients
1 cups plus 2 tablespoons cold milk
1 envelope gelatin
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon oil
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped finely
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups heavy cream
Recipe
Place the milk in a medium saucepan; sprinkle the gelatin over the milk and let sit until it softens, approximately 5 minutes. Mix the cocoa powder and oil together until well blended. Add the cocoa powder mixture, the chopped chocolate and sugar to the milk mixture. Place over moderate heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate melts and the mixture is well blended. Remove from heat and chill completely.
Add the vanilla. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form; gently fold the whipped cream into the chilled chocolate mixture.
To serve, spoon into individual serving glasses, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
