    Mousse: Killer Chocolate Mousse

    12 eggs, separated
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    3 tablespoons almond liqueur
    1 pound high quality german sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
    4 tablespoons sugar
    whipped cream if desired
    chocolate curls

    Recipe



    Beat the egg yolks, vanilla, and almond liqueur in a large bowl. Very slowly add the cooled chocolate to the egg yolk mixture and blend well. In a separate bowl whip the egg whites and sugar until stiff. Gently fold the chocolate mixture into the egg whites. Gently spoon into a large serving bowl or individual dishes. Chill for several hours. Serve with whipped cream and chocolate curls if desired.
