1 Can (20 oz.) Crushed pineapple
2 Pkgs. (8 oz. each) Cream cheese, softened
1/2 Cup Butter, softened
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Miniature marshmallows
1/2 Cup Chopped pecans
Recipe
Drain pineapple, reserving 1/3 cup of juice. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, sugar and reserved juice. Stir in pineapple, marshmallows and pecans. Mix well and serve.
YIELD: 8 servings
