Pudding: Auntie's Grapenut Pudding

4 level tablespoons minute tapioca
21/2 cups cold water
11/2 cups brown sugar
3/4 cups Grapenuts
1 cup walnuts
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
Cook tapioca and water for 15 minutes or until clear. Remove and immediately add remaining ingredients.
Serve with whipped cream.
