    1 29-ounce can pumpkin
    1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
    1/2 cup chopped nuts
    1/2 cup flaked coconut
    3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1 teaspoon allspice
    1/2 cup orange juice
    4 bananas, mashed
    1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
    2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 1-1/2 quart casserole with non-stick vegetable spray.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, butter, nuts, coconut, brown sugar, allspice and orange juice; beat until smooth. Spoon half the mixture into prepared casserole; cover with bananas. Spoon remaining pumpkin mixture over bananas.

    In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Toss until well blended. Sprinkle on top of the pumpkin mixture.

    Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

    SERVES 6
