Pudding: Grapenut Custard Pudding

List of Ingredients
1 quart milk
1 cup Grape Nuts cereal
1 cup sugar
4 eggs, beaten
Salt, vanilla, or lemon to flavor
Recipe
Scald milk. Add cereal to hot milk and cool. Add sugar, eggs, and desired flavoring(s).
Pour into a buttered custard dish.
Place custard dish into a pan with water.
Bake in a 350-degree oven until golden brown crust has formed.
