Pudding: Molasses Angel Pudding

List of Ingredients
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup molasses
1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup boiling water
Recipe
Beat egg well, add melted butter, molasses (measured in butter cup) and sugar. Add flour sifted with cinnamon, soda and salt. Beat in boiling water. Bake in greased muffin pans at 350:F, 10-15 minutes.
Serve with a sauce (lemon if preferred), a hard sauce, or with whipped cream. Makes a nice Christmas dinner dessert.
