    2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
    1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup milk
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 1-quart casserole with non-stick vegetable spray.

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; beat until well blended. Pour into prepared casserole.

    Bake for 30 minutes.
