Sorbet: White Nectarine Sorbet

Combine in a food processor or blender:
5 cups diced white nectarines (about 8-10 medium nectarines)
1 cup frozen fruit juice concentrate (experiment! try orange, or raspberry, or white grape)
Whirl until smooth. Add:
1/2 cup sugar
Whirl again.
Freeze in an ice cream freezer OR freeze in a shallow pan, stirring and scraping frequently as the liquid freezes.
Serve with cookies.
