    2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
    1/2 cup finely chopped toasted almonds
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/3 cup butter-flavored shortening, melted
    5 1-ounce squares semisweet chocolate
    1 14-ounce sweetened condensed milk
    2 cups sour cream
    1/4 cup coffee liqueur
    2 cups heavy cream
    Raspberries or strawberries

    Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter.

    In a medium bowl, combine wafer crumbs, almonds, sugar, and melted shortening; mix thoroughly. Press half the mixture on bottom of prepared springform pan.

    In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate and condensed milk; cook, stirring often, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.

    In a large bowl, combine sour cream, liqueur, and chocolate mixture; stir until well blended.

    Beat cream until stiff peaks form. Reserve 1/4 cup for decoration. Fold remaining cream into chocolate mixture. Spread half of the mixture over prepared crust. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Carefully spread remaining filling on top. Chill for at least 4 hours. Decorate with reserved whipped cream and raspberries or strawberries.

    Serves 12
