    1 3-1/2 ounce package chocolate pudding mix

    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 tablespoon rum
    1 10-inch angel food cake
    1-1/2 cups heavy cream
    2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
    Grated chocolate

    Recipe



    In a medium saucepan, combine pudding mix and milk, stirring until smooth. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens. Cool slightly; stir in sour cream and rum.

    Split angel food cake into 3 layers. Spread chocolate mixture between the layers, stacking them back on top of each other.

    In a medium bowl, beat cream and confectioners' sugar until stiff. Spread over the top and sides of the cake. Sprinkle grated chocolate over the top. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.

    Serves 12
