    List of Ingredients




    2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
    1 cups crushed dry roasted peanuts
    1/2 cups soft margarine
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    1 cups powdered sugar
    1/2 cups peanut butter
    2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
    3 cups cold milk
    4 cups Cool Whip

    FIRST LAYER: Mix wafers, peanuts, and margarine. Pat into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.

    SECOND LAYER: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add 2 cups Cool Whip and peanut butter. Beat well. Spread over cooled first layer.

    THIRD LAYER: Mix pudding and milk. Spread over second layer.

    FOURTH LAYER: Spread 2 cups Cool Whip over pudding layer. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and shaved chocolate if desired.

    Refrigerate an hour or two before serving. Keep refrigerated.
