"Impressive yet easy, this luscious trifle features layers of oven-fresh brownies, creamy chocolate pudding, juicy raspberries and cool whipped topping. Keep this fruity finale in mind when you need a showstopping dessert—fast!"

    List of Ingredients

    3 cups cold milk
2 packages (3.9 ounces each) JELL-O® Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
1 carton (8 ounces) Cool Whip® Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
1 baked 9-inch square brownie layer, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 cups fresh or or frozen unsweetened raspberries

    Recipe

Pour milk into a large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with a wire whisk for 2 minutes. Gently stir in 1 cup whipped topping. Place half of the brownie cubes in a 2-qt. serving bowl or trifle dish. Top with half of the pudding mixture, half of the raspberries and 1 cup whipped topping. Repeat layers. Refrigerate 1 hour or until serving.

    Yield: 12 servings.

Preparation Tips: For fabulous flavor with less fat and calories, feel free to prepare this recipe using fat-free milk, 2 packages (1.4 ounces each) sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix and reduced-fat whipped topping. No time to bake the brownies? Simply purchase a package of prepared brownies at your favorite supermarket or local bakery.

If fresh raspberries are not available, substitute sliced fresh strawberries. You'll want to prepare this dessert in a clear glass bowl or trifle dish to show off its tempting layers.
