    Trifle: Mini Brownie Trifles

    List of Ingredients




    1 box Betty Crocker® Carb Monitor™ brownie mix, any flavor
    Water, oil and eggs called for on brownie mix package
    2 packages (4-serving size each) vanilla, banana or other flavor sugar-free instant pudding and pie filling mix
    2 cups milk
    4 cups whipping (heavy) cream
    1/3 cup sucralose no-calorie granular sweetener
    1 pint (2 cups) strawberries, sliced
    Whole strawberries, if desired

    Recipe



    1. Heat oven to 350°F. Bake and cool brownies as directed on package. Cut brownies into 1-inch squares.
    2. In medium bowl, stir together pudding mix, milk and 2 cups of the whipping cream until thickened. In another medium bowl, beat remaining 2 cups whipping cream and the sucralose with electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form.
    3. For each brownie trifle, layer 5 to 7 brownie squares, about 1/3 cup of the pudding mixture and some of the strawberry slices; top with about 1/3 cup whipped cream. (Or layer ingredients as desired.) Top with whole strawberry.
    4. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes before serving. Cover and refrigerate any remaining trifles.
