1/3 block Oasis floral foan (wet for fresh, Sahara II for dry or silk)
Moss
Branches
Anchor Tape
Pan Melt Glue
Glue Gun
(low temp for children and some adults)
Glue
Dowel
Hat
Ribbon (3 yards)
Fresh or silk flowers and foliage or combination
Recipe
1. Soak wet foam in preservative water.
2. Place desired foam into the container and secure with glue or tape.
3. Secure dowel into the center of foam.
Add sticks around to cover dowel, tie with ribbon to secure.
4. Add moss to cover foam and mechanics.
5. Glue ribbon around the hatband. Make a bow and glue in desired spot.
6. Glue on flowers and foliages.
7. Place hat on stems.
8. Add fresh or silk flowers to the base.
