    2 salmon fillets or steaks
    (6-8 oz each)
    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    1/2 tsp olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

    Recipe



    Pour the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and garlic into a non-stick frying pan large enough to hold the salmon in one layer.

    Cook to reduce until syrupy.

    Add the salmon and cook for about 10 minutes on medium-high heat, turning once.

    SERVES 2
