2 tb Butter
1 lb Crabmeat
1 c Fresh bread crumbs
1/2 c Heavy whipping cream;
.. lightly whipped
1 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Finely chopped scallion
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts Dry mustard
3 dr Hot pepper sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tb Melted butter
2 tb Parsley flakes
Paprika to taste
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375°.
Melt 2 tb butter in heavy skillet. Add crabmeat;
toss well to coat. Add bread crumbs, cream, lemon
juice, scallion, Worcestershire sauce, dry
mustard, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper to crab.
Mix lightly but thoroughly. Divide among 4 lightly
greased ramekins. Drizzle butter over crab
mixture; sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Place
on baking sheets and bake 15 minutes. or until
lightly browned.
