Mediterranean Seafood Pasta Salad

List of Ingredients
1 lb Angel Hair Pasta, cooked and chilled
18 clams
18 mussels
1 cup white wine
2 cups Balsamic vinegar
2 cups pitted black olives, cut in half
2 cups diced red tomatoes
1 cup diced yellow tomatoes
1/2 cup capers, drained
1/2 cup roasted red peppers cut into long strips
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup chopped basil
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
6 whole basil leaves
1 cup of pinenuts
Recipe
Cook the Angel Hair pasta and chill. Steam clams and mussels until open in white wine and chill. (Discard those that do not open).
Reduce Balsamic in a pan by half and chill. Toss together pasta, olives, tomatoes, capers, red peppers, olive oil and basil in a bowl.
Add Balsamic vinegar to pasta mixture. Put on a plate and crumble feta on top.
Place the cooked seafood around the pasta. Garnish with whole basil and pinenuts.
