Nutty Mango Salmon

1 large Salmon Fillet
1 tbsp. Butter
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. cajun seasoning
1 large mango peeled and sliced
Recipe
Place salmon filet, skin side down onto cookie sheet lined with foil. Gently heat butter or olive oil, chopped pecans and cajun seasoning in a small sauce pan mixing just until pecans are covered. Press mixture onto salmon filet. Layer mango slices over pecan mixture. Bake at 350 until Salmon becomes flakey. (About 15-20 minutes for a 1-inch filet. Adjust cooking time for thicker filets.) Serve immediately.
Temperature: 350°
Baking Time: 15-20 minutes.
