Polish Fish Salad

1 cup fish fillets, diced, cooked
1/2 cup potatoes, diced, cooked
dill pickles (vinegar type), diced
1 apple, peeled, diced
Recipe
Combine the fish with the potatoes, dill pickles, and apple.
Sprinkle with a bit of lemon juice, and dress with your favorite mayonnaise-based sauce.
You may also add other ingredients to this versatile salad, such as drained canned peas or peas & carrots, a diced, cooked, or canned beet, a chopped onion or green onions, or a few diced radishes.
