    Dessert: Apricot Cream Fondue

    List of Ingredients




    1 (30 oz.) can unpeeled apricot halves, drained
    1/3 C. granulated sugar
    1 T. cornstarch
    3/4 C. whipping cream
    1 T. lemon juice
    Angel food cake cubes
    Apple slices
    Banana slices
    Pineapple chunks

    Recipe



    Blend apricots in blender. In fondue cooker, combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in apricots, cream and lemon juice. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Place on fondue burner. Use fruit as dippers.
