1 cup of heavy cream
4 ounces of unsweetened chocolate
4 ounces of milk chocolate
1 tablespoons of instant coffee powder
1 tablespoon of Scotch whiskey
Recipe
Warm the cream and add the chocolate, broken into small pieces.
Stir constantly over low heat until melted.
Dissolve the coffee in whiskey and stir into chocolate.
Place over a candle warmer. Serve with whole wheat bread.
