Dessert: Peach Fondue

One 16 ounce can of peach halves (juice pack)
1 teaspoon of cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon of ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup of cut up cantaloupe or honeydew melon
1 small apple, cored and cut into wedges
3/4 cup of fresh strawberries, hulled
1/2 small banana, cut into chunks
Recipe
In blender container combine undrained peaches, cornstarch, cinnamon, and allspice.
Cover; blend until nearly smooth.
Pour into a saucepan; cook and stir until thickened.
Stir in vanilla.
Transfer to fondue pot; keep warm over fondue burner.
Serve with melon, apple, berries, and banana as dippers.
Serves 5.
