List of Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 envelope taco seasoning
4 oz diced green chilies
1 cup milk
1 cup bisquick
2 eggs
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 tomatoes, sliced
8 oz sour cream
1 chopped tomato
shredded lettuce (enough to garnish pie)



Recipe

In skillet cook onion and beef. Drain well. Combine beef with taco seasoning mix. And spread in 1- inch pie plate. Sprinkle with chilies. Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth. Pour over beef in pie plate. Cover with
foil and freeze. Keep cheese frozen in bag with pie.

To serve: thaw pie. Bake uncovered in 400 degree oven for 35 - 45 minutes.

To with sliced tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese. Bake until golden brown. (8-10 min) Top with sour cream chopped tomato and shredded lettuce. Serves 6
