    Frosting: Black Chocolate Cake Frosting

    List of Ingredients

    1 Egg white
    1/3 cup Water
    1 cup Sugar
    Salt -- pinch
    1/4 cup Brown sugar
    1 teaspoon Vanilla
    1/4 teaspoon Cream of tartar


    Recipe

    Combine ingredients in double boiler on low heat.

    Beat with electric mixer 4 minutes.


    Spread on cooled cake.
