    Frosting: Brown-Butter Frosting

    Recipe Introduction

    Spread over warm rolls.

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup Butter
    2 cups Powdered sugar
    Hot water -- approx 2 Tb
    1 teaspoon Vanilla


    Recipe

    Melt and stir butter in a heavy pan over medium heat till golden brown.

    Blend in sugar gradually.

    Add vanilla and hot water to make spreading consistency.
