Frosting: Caramel Fudge Frosting

1/3 C - Butter
1 C - Brown Sugar, lightly packed
1/4 C - 2% Milk
2 C - Powdered Sugar, sifted
Recipe
Melt butter in saucepan.
Stir in brown sugar.
Heat to boiling while constantly stirring.
Boil and stir over low heat 2 minutes.
Stir in milk and heat to boiling again.
Remove from heat.
Slowly stir in powdered sugar.
