Frosting: Chocolate-Fudge Frosting

3 tablespoons Unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoons Safflower oil
1 cup Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Evaporated skim milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Recipe
In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except vanilla. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add vanilla; beat 5 minutes with electric mixer. Spread over cake.
