    Frosting: Spice Cake Icing

    List of Ingredients




    2 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. light cream
    4 Tbsp. Karo
    2 c. shredded apple
    spices to taste

    Recipe



    Cook sugars, light cream and Karo to soft ball. Add
    apple and spices and cook to soft ball again. Cool and beat
    until of spreading consistency. Will ice one or two or three layer spice cake.
