    Frosting: White Chocolate Frosting

    List of Ingredients




    4 oz - White Chocolate, chopped
    2 1/2 T - Flour
    1 C - Milk
    1 C - Unsalted Butter, softened
    1 C - Powdered Sugar
    1 1/2 t Vanilla

    Recipe



    Combine the chocolate and flour in a medium saucepan.
    Blend in the Milk.
    Cook over medium heat, stiring constantly, until thick.
    Remove from heat and cool.
    In a large bowl, cream the butter, powdered sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. About 3 minutes.
    Gradually add the cooled chocolate mixture, beating well after each addition.
    Beat on high speed until frosting is a whipped cream consistency.
    Frost cake.
