Frosting: White Fudge Frosting

1/2 c butter or margarine
1 c granulated sugar
1/2 c milk
1 1/4 c confectioner's sugar (approx.)
1 t vanilla extract Recipe
In saucepan, melt butter. Add granulated sugar, milk; stir until blended. Then bring to boil, stirring occasionally; cool. Gradually add confectioner's sugar until thick enough to spread, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla, blend.
Fills and frosts 2 8-8 inch layer; or frosts 13x9x2 inch cake.
