2 Golden Delicious apples, peeled, quartered, and sliced thin
1 1/2 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup plus 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbps. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. apple or cranberry juice

Recipe
Preheat oven to 375*F. Lightly coat a 9 inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. In a large bowl, combine 1/3 cup brown sugar, 2 Tbsp. flour, and the cinnamon. Add the pears, apples, cranberries and combine well. Put the fruit mixture in the baking pan. In a medium bowl, combine the oats, remaining sugar, remaining flour, baking powder and salt. In a small bowl, mix the oil and juice. Sprinkle the liquids over the oat mixture and toss well until evenly mixed and crumbly. Distribute over the fruit mixture in pan. Bake until top is brown and filling is bubbly, about 40 minutes. Transfer to a wire wrack to cool slightly. Serve warm, with a tablespoon of frozen yogurt per serving.
