    List of Ingredients




    1 tablespoon sugar

    1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

    1/3 cup fresh raspberries

    1/3 cup fresh strawberries, cut in half

    1/3 cup orange sections, membranes removed

    Recipe



    In a bowl, dissolve sugar in vinegar. In another bowl, combine berries and orange sections and lightly fold into sugar-vinegar liquid. Use at room temperature.

    Makes 4 servings.

    Approximate values per serving: 26 calories, .1 g fat, 0 cholesterol, 7 g carbohydrates, 1 g fiber, .3 g protein, 0 sodium, 3 percent calories from fat.
