Blueberry-Lemon Parfait

List of Ingredients
1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1/4 cup rolled oats
2 cups fresh blueberries, picked over
24 ounces fat-free lemon yogurt (mix the yogurt if the fruit is on the bottom)
Recipe
1. Set the oven at 350 degrees. Place the walnuts and oats on a rimmed baking sheet. With your hands, toss them together. Toast them for 7 minutes or until lightly browned. Set aside.
2. Line up 4 parfait glasses or bowls on the counter. Divide half the blueberries among them, then half the yogurt. Portion out the remaining berries, followed by the remaining yogurt.
3. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of the walnut mixture on each serving.
