A light, summertime favaorite!
List of Ingredients
2 cups fresh seedless grapes ( a mix of green and purple is nice)
1 can (13 1/2 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup sour cream
Recipe
Combine the grapes & pineapple. Reserving 1 tbsp sugar, blend in remaining sugar and sour cream. Toss with the fruit.
Chill.
Just before serving, sprinkle with remaining brown sugar.
You can substitute 3 cups (1 pint) strawberries (halved) for the grapes and pineapple.
