List of Ingredients
6 oz blueberries
6 oz blackberries
2 pears
9 strawberries
1 cup orange juice
1 Tbsp basil
1 Tbsp ginger
Recipe
Place the blueberries, blackberries, pears and strawberries in a blender or food processor. Add the grated ginger and orange juice, and process until smooth. Pour into a container, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
For a creamier soup, stir in 1 cup low fat buttermilk or plain yogurt.
Can be served warm or chilled
