1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup nuts
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons white KAYRO syrup
Recipe
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add brown sugar and increase heat to bring to boil. Add white sugar, sour cream and salt. Cook, stirring continuously, until candy thermometer registers 236F. Remove from heat and cool to 120F. Add vanilla and nuts and beat until thick. Pour mixture into buttered square pan and cool completely.
