Creamy Mocha Fudge

1/2 cup cocoa
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons of very strong coffee
1/2 cup pecans, coarsely chopped




Recipe



Add cocoa and powdered sugar to large bowl and blend together. Remove all lumps. Melt butter over medium heat, then add butter and coffee to cocoa/sugar and beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Fold in pecans. Line a loaf pan with waxed paper. Turn mixture into pan and smooth top with knife dipped in warm water. Chill until fudge sets.
