In a festive metal pail or a plastic beach pail with shovel, add kids' favorites like red licorice, jelly beans, animal crackers, fruit chews, lollipop, candy necklace, cotton candy, Starbursts, Skittles. Cracker Jacks, M&M's, juice packs and more. Wrap in cellophane and add a large bow. Tie on a helium balloon.
