    List of Ingredients




    ¼ lb each peeled peanuts, cashews, brazil nuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans and
    whole unpeeled almonds.
    ~ or ~
    1¾ lbs unsalted assorted nuts
    2 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh rosemary
    ½ tsp cayenne
    2 tsp dark brown sugar
    2 tsp salt or to taste
    1 tbsp melted butter

    Recipe



    Toss nuts in large bowl to combine & spread out on baking sheeet. Bake at 350 for 15 - 18 minutes or until light golden brown. In a large bowl, combine rosemary, cayenne, brown sugar, salt & melted butter.

    2. Thoroughly toss warm toasted nuts with spiced butter & serve warm.

    Makes about 5 cups.
