List of Ingredients
4 Toblerone chocolate honey-almond-nougat bars, 3 ounces each
3/4 cup light cream
1 to 2 tbsp Creme de Cocao, Creme de Menthe, Kahlua, Grand Marnier, Chambord, or Frangelico
Recipe
Break up chocolate and combine with cream in heavy-bottomed saucepan. Melt over low heat, stirring until creamy and smooth. Remove from heat.
Pour into 2 sterilized 12-ounce jars.
Seal with two-piece sterilized lids. Water-bath process for 5 minutes.
Remove from kettle with tongs. Cool.
Makes 2 jars.
