    3 Tbls. Salt
    3 Garlic Cloves
    Peppers
    Wine Vinegar

    Recipe



    Fill jar with whole peppers (stem and seed removed). Fill up with a mixture of good wine vinegar and equal parts of water. Pour into clean jars or bottles. Sterilize in boiling water bath for 20-30 min.

    NOTES : Be sure to use gloves when handling peppers.
